Welcome to Health Supply X (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). We are a B2B pharmaceutical sourcing platform based in India, connecting licensed pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and distributors with verified pharmaceutical suppliers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Platform Role

Health Supply X is not a seller or manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. We do not stock, ship, or sell products. We provide a digital platform where verified buyers and suppliers can interact and transact independently.

3. Eligibility

Only licensed entities such as pharmacies, distributors, hospitals, and clinics may use this platform. All users must undergo a verification process before being granted full access.

4. Verification

Users must provide valid business credentials, including licenses, registrations, and any other documentation as required by Indian law. Health Supply X reserves the right to approve or deny access.

5. Payments

All payments are handled directly between the buyer and the listed distributor or supplier. Health Supply X does not receive or process payments on behalf of either party.

6. Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to work with verified suppliers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any listed products. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Health Supply X shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions or communication between buyers and suppliers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
