Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Role

Health Supply X does not sell or ship products. All sales and deliveries are made directly by the listed suppliers or distributors. Any refund or return request must be initiated between the buyer and the supplier.

2. Return Policy for Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are visibly damaged, you should contact the supplier within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Returns are accepted based on the supplier’s individual policy.

3. Dispute Resolution

Health Supply X is not directly responsible for resolving order disputes but can help mediate communication between buyer and supplier when needed.

4. No Platform-Level Refunds

We do not handle or issue refunds. Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the supplier according to their terms.
